Customer Support Center
Welcome to our customer support center. Our number one goal is providing you with the best customer service to ensure that you are completely satisfied. That said, many of our customer's questions are asked frequently and will be answered more quickly by browsing our FAQ section below.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after printing, as we manufacture our kits overseas which involve a printing and production period. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order has been printed, processed, and shipped. If you haven't received your tracking information via email after 5 days, make sure to check your email's spam section, as it may have been filtered into your junk folder.
When will I receive my order?
We ship our products to most countries worldwide, and as you may know, international delivery can be very very expensive. However, we do our best by choosing a shipping method that is cost effective and reliable. For this reason, most orders arrive at your doorstep within 7-20 days of placing your order depending on your shipping address. In extremely rare cases, it may take a bit longer. Factors such as bottlenecks in shipping and delays at customs may impact delivery time.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
We ship our items from multiple locations overseas, therefore orders with multiple items may arrive separately and at slightly different times.
Why did I receive two separate tracking numbers?
Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package is assigned a different tracking ID.
What shipping provider do you use?
You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are located in the US) once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.
Why is my tracking info not updating?
Good news, this is perfectly normal! When your order is in transit, tracking will be slow to update (the package(s) are on shipping containers via sea transport). When your shipment arrives to its country of origin, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. You can track it by simply entering your tracking ID including in your shipping confirmation email into the official USPS Tracking Site.
