We are happy to accept any unopened and unused returned items within 15 days of you receiving them. If you would like to return an item, or received the wrong item, please contact us and request a return and initiate the resolution process. Once your item has been returned to our returns address, we will process a full refund for any items returned.
Please note: we do not cover expenses for any items returned to us and reserve the right to exclusively provide refunds for items which have been returned to our returns center, and have not been refused or returned to our overseas suppliers or fulfillment centers.
